Preparation Instructions
Recommended Cooking Instructions: Microwave From Frozen: 1. Remove bowl from carton and place into microwave. Do not pierce film. 2. Heat on HIGH at 1000W for 4 minutes and 30 seconds or until thoroughly heated. 3. Leave to stand for 1 minute, carefully remove film, stir and serve. Microwave From Chilled: 1. Defrost for a minimum of 8 hours in the refrigerator. 2. Keep chilled at or below 5°C, cook and consume within 24 hours. 3. Remove bowl from carton and place into microwave. Do not pierce film. 4. Heat on HIGH at 1000W for 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 5. Leave to stand for 1 minute, carefully remove film, stir and serve.
Storage Instructions
Keep Frozen at or below -18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
