This French style dish uses premium Mt Barker Free Range Chicken in a rich, white wine sauce with mushrooms and bacon. This dish is a great solution for midweek meals – just add vegetables or rice to complete your plate.Ingredients
Free Range Chicken (70%), Mushroom Sauce (Cream (55%), Mushroom (17.5%), Onion, Bacon (10%) (Pork, Water, Sugar, Stabilisers (451, 452), Dextrose, Antioxidant (316), Preservative (250)), Thickener (Maize Starch, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Carrageenan), White Wine, Parmesan Cheese (Milk, Salt, Cultures, Enzyme (Rennet)), Canola Oil, Garlic, Salt, Natural Flavours (Milk Solids), Yeast Extract, Spices, Herbs).
Preparation Instructions
1. Remove sleeve. DO NOT pierce film. 2. Place in microwave, cook on high (1000W) for 4 minutes. Whistling means product is cooking. 3. Check food is piping hot, allow to stand for 1 minute and then serve. Remove product from all packaging and empty contents into a saucepan. Simmer uncovered until meat is thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables and rice, if desired.
Storage Instructions
REFRIGERATE BELOW 5oC Consume before use by date OR freeze on the day of purchase. Allow to fully thaw in refrigerator prior to cooking. Use within 1 day of opening. Once thawed, do not freeze.
